3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

4. Domestic Shipping

5. Correct Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

6. Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If we receive a returned package due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, we will attempt to contact you for reshipment.

If no response is received within 30 days, the order will not be reshipped and no refund will be issued.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Xclusive Performance is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
