3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, notify us within 15 days of receipt. We will cover all costs to get the correct item delivered to you.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your information before completing your order.

Returned Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
If we do not receive a response within 30 days, we will not reship the package and no refund will be issued.

Returned packages due to delivery issues are not eligible for a refund unless resolved within the 30-day response window.
